Privacy
Your photos stay yours
We believe your memories belong to you and your host. Here is exactly how we handle your data and photographs to ensure complete privacy.
What we collect from guests
We only ask for a first name so the host knows who took each photo. Guests do not need to create an account, and we never ask for an email address or phone number.
Who can see the photographs
Photos and messages go only to the host, in a private gallery that needs the host’s sign-in. There is no shared or public gallery. Guest names and messages are never shown to other guests.
Photo size and downloads
Photos are saved at up to 1,600 pixels on their longest side. Each saved photo is also copied to a private Google Drive folder for that event, shared only with the host’s verified Google account as a viewer. The host can download the folder from Google Drive. The original stays with us.
How long photos are kept
Your photos and guest messages will be available in your private gallery for at least 90 days after the camera closes. Download your photos during that time. We may remove event content after 90 days. The 90 days count from that event’s camera closing time. Content is not automatically deleted on day 90, but it may be removed at any time after that. After that, the host’s access to the Drive folder ends.
Removing a photograph
A guest or host can ask for any photograph to be removed. Contact us and we will delete it from the event gallery.
