Terms of use
These terms outline what you receive as a host and what we ask in return to ensure a seamless experience.
What is included in the package
Your single $36.90 payment covers one event. Each guest can take 10 photos. It includes the private gallery with guest photos and messages, and a private Google Drive folder, shared with your Google account once every photo has been copied and checked, which gives you the saved image files (up to 1,600 pixels on the longest side). The charge is in US dollars.
Hosting responsibly
As the host, you agree to inform your guests that photographs are being collected. You are also fully responsible for how you choose to use and share the photos after the event concludes.
Refunds
If your event is cancelled before the scheduled camera opening time, please contact us. We will issue a full refund of the total purchase amount.
How long your content is available
Your photos and guest messages will be available in your private gallery for at least 90 days after the camera closes. Download your photos during that time. We may remove event content after 90 days. The 90 days count from that event’s camera closing time. Content is not automatically deleted on day 90. After that, the host’s access to the Drive folder ends.
Availability
We are dedicated to keeping the camera and gallery fully available throughout your event. If an unexpected technical issue occurs on our end, we will work directly with you to make it right.
